Klar, parat, fødsel is the private birth preparation class and breastfeeding help for you and your partner in the privacy and comfort of your own home. You are the only participants, and therefore, all focus is on you and your specific situation. I of course have patient confidentiality and will not disclose to anyone, what is talked about in the sessions.

Klar, parat, fødsel also help with breastfeeding in your own home after the baby is born.

Klar, parat, fødsel will prepare you for labor, breastfeeding and how to take care of a baby. You will get thorough information and knowledge on what to expect of labor and everything post partum (after birth), and you will try good positions, acupressure and rebozo. All in the comfort of your own home with a private midwife.

My name is Christina B. Friis and I’m a trained certified midwife. I also work 30 hours a week in the biggest hospital in Copenhagen with my primary focus on births and breastfeeding. I have been a midwife for 10 years time, and I opened up Klar, parat, fødsel back in April 2016 alongside my job in the hospital. My vision is to better prepare all women and their partners for birth and breastfeeding and in order to do that, I believe the teacher must also work with births, as I do. This secures updated information and a skilled midwife who uses, what she teaches on a daily basis.

​Phone consultation can be chosen for shorter inquiries or questions.

• Home visit : 550 kr pr hour.

Home visits consist of personal birth preparation sessions and help with breastfeeding etc.

• Payment will happen in the home after a session via mobile pay or cash.

If you are an active and paying member of healthcare insurance “danmark”, you will get a small refund from them.
